Do You Spend More Time Posting or Roaming Through Face Book & Twitter Than You Do Investigating The Other Side Of The Media's Headlines ? Politics are too important to be left to the politicians and mass-media. They effect our everyday lives. From the laws we must obey, to the taxes we pay, to the schools we go to and for marriages some day. Vote on values instead of people. The critical part is adopting a set of values that you can live by. Dedication to finding American Values on local or national issue can be challenging. But they should resonate with the words on every American coin;
LIBERTY - IN GOD WE TRUST - E PLURIBUS UNUM
We must be free to speak, vote and act on what is right for our communities. Exercise those freedoms within the law. Whatever religion one practices and follows, those guidelines the founders knew, had to be the base of our moral standards. The Latin saying, "out of many one", means whatever lands people come from, what ever nationality, once here they assimilate into the American culture. Not live by society rules or government practices from previous places of origin. America isn't a nationality, it's an ideal.
Do your own research. If you are comfortable with your life long opinions, you might not have researched very well. Logic is usually the first casualty in a political debate.
