THESE ARE ALL WRONG DECISIONS, SOME EVEN OVERTURNED LATER BY A DIFFERENT SET OF JUSTICES : From Jim Crow law decisions that enforced racial segregation in the South followed by Brown v. Board of Education to Plessy v. Ferguson, to Dred Scott v. Standford and from Kelo vs New London to Roe vs Wade and The Affordable HealthCare Act to Lucas v. South Carolina and Exxon Shipping v. Baker to Hammer v. Dagenhart. The founders premise was limited government. Also if the "press" did their job and fairly presented both sides of an issue the voters would be better informed. Read Sharyl Attkisson's books or follow the courts overturned decisions. The important thing is , even though rare, the Supreme Court has made wrong decisions. Turns out that these elites can still be flawed human minds. aka a few professors, journalists and judges included.
