Whether a Liberal or a Conservative, voting for someone who represents your values and hopefully America's values is a great start. Because your vote says who you want fighting for America's policies.
At least learn something about the person or bill you are voting for. Don't rely on others telling you how to vote. Voter education has given America inadequate politicans & laws.
There is no education in following the crowd. Crowds are sometimes off base and those that make up the crowd think a little differently as an individual.
If we don't defend America's ideals, borders or citizens at home and abroad - why defend anything at all. All education must begin with our history. If we don't know where we came from - how will we know what future roads to take.
Generally America gets it right. But we have made mistakes. The Supreme Court is supreme, but only as there is no higher court. Documentation reveals when the court didn't not stick to our "Constitutions" laws, they where plagues on society or overturned years later.
Education can be accompblished by studing the founders, or Newton, or Confucius, or Euclid, or Aristotle, or Mandela, or Churchill, or S.B. Anthony. It use to be Google also but their content has been incomplete to a fault. Now the courts are involved. Trust, what happened to that word? Educate yourself !
